Sales Coordinator, Shefford

An exciting opportunity for a proactive, confident, and organized individual to join my clients. team at their head office in Shefford.

The successful candidate will possess a ‘can do’ attitude and be comfortable working in a busy environment, whilst maintaining a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Main Responsibilities: -

* Processing both phone and web enquiries

* Ensuring pick sheets are up to date by liaising with each team member.

* Carrying out any research/sales support tasks as required by line manager.

* Converting quotes to orders as and when required by sales team.

* Transferring quotes onto the systems from enquiry sheets

* Chasing payment prior to dispatch

* Assisting the marketing team with any sales-related tasks.

* Meeting and greeting customers for collection of orders on site.

* Marketing/account management

* General administration

Candidate Specification: -

* Strong customer service and administration skills/experience

* The ability to liaise confidently with all levels of personnel.

* PC Literate, ideally experience of using Sage although this is not essential.

* Car owner/driver is required due to location.
