Key Responsibilities:

Support and assist students with complex learning needs, including those in wheelchairs, ensuring their safety, well-being, and personal development.
Collaborate closely with the classroom teacher and other professionals to implement individualized education plans (IEPs) and provide tailored support.
Foster an inclusive learning environment that encourages independence, communication, and social interaction.
Employ a variety of techniques, including manual handling and hoisting, to support students' mobility and accessibility needs (experience/training preferred but not essential).

Qualifications and Requirements: ✓ Genuine passion for working with students with special needs, particularly those in wheelchairs or with complex learning needs. ✓ Proven ability to provide compassionate care, support, and educational assistance. ✓ Strong communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with students, staff, and parents. ✓ Manual handling and hoisting experience/training is preferred but not essential. ✓ Relevant qualifications and certifications in special education or related fields are desirable.
