We are currently working with an established Freight Forwarder who are seeking for a Shipping Clerk to join their team based in Dagenham.

Responsibilities:

* Handling EU road groupage shipments for import/export

* Global import and export of deep-sea containers

* Adding documents using our goods application

* Handling orders for delivery and pickup

* Scheduling internal transportation

* Getting the paperwork for clearance ready

* Files with invoices

* Answering questions from clients or agents

Requirements:

* Prior deep sea shipping experience is required.

* Prior road freight experience is required.

* Able to handle import and export customs processes.

* The ability to use Cargo wise software is beneficial.

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook

Shift Hours: Monday - Friday (9AM – 5:30PM)
