Job Description: Counterbalance / Robot Operator
Location: Kettering
Salary: £11.75 per hour

Our Kettering-based client is looking to add an FLT / Robot Operator to their family-run business on a permanent basis.

The role will include such duties as listed below:
· Loading and unloading materials
· Moving pallet-packed materials around the site
· Checking loads are secure
· Assist with the production team to operator the robot bagging machine
· Perform equipment checks / maintenance
· Follow written instructions and keep records

The ideal candidate will have a Counterbalance licence and should be able to demonstrate the following:
· Have an industry accredited FLT licence
· Demonstrate a knowledge of health & safety procedures
· Be able to lift up to 25kg unassisted
· Be willing to operate the robot bagging machine
· Work well within a team or as an independent

The working hours for this role will vary according to the season, as outlined below:

March to October
Monday to Friday - 40 hours worked between the hours of (Apply online only), (Apply online only) on Saturday
November to February
Monday to Friday - 40 hours worked between the hours of (Apply online only)

There may be a requirement to work outside of these hours, dependant on client demand

This client offers 24 days annual leave, and 8 statutory bank holidays
