Job Title: Mechanical Building Services Project Manager

Position Overview: We are seeking a Mechanical Building Services Project Manager with hands-on experience in plumbing, welding, and heating, particularly within NHS projects. You will oversee mechanical projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage mechanical building services projects within new build NHS facilities.
Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams and conduct site visits.
Prepare and present project reports and updates.
Manage procurement processes and negotiate contracts.
Identify and address project risks.
Maintain strong client relationships and ensure their satisfaction.
Oversee on-site operations, ensuring quality and safety standards.Qualifications:
Mechanical Engineering, Building Services Engineering, or related field.
Proven experience in mechanical health sector projects in the UK, especially within NHS facilities.
Hands-on experience in plumbing, welding, and heating systems.
Strong project management skills with experience in managing budgets and schedules.
Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project).
Good communication and leadership skills.
Understanding of health and safety regulations in the healthcare sector.
Professional certification in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is a plus.Benefits:
