In this role, you will provide essential support to students in Key Stage 2, focusing on boosters, interventions, and special educational needs. • Experience working with primary school children, preferably within Key Stage 2.
• A proactive and positive attitude, with a genuine passion for supporting children’s learning and development.
• A commitment to promoting inclusion and equality in the classroom.
• Proven ability to effectively collaborate with teachers, parents, and other educational professionals to support student learning and development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the educational and social development of pupils under the direction and guidance of the class teacher.
• Provide support for individual students inside and outside the classroom to enable them to fully participate in activities.
• Work with other professionals, such as speech therapists and occupational therapists, as necessary.
• Help create and maintain a stimulating, safe, and supportive learning environment.
• Support students with by implementing tailored interventions and booster sessions.
