We are currently working with a well respected M&E contractor with a turnover of circa £100m and a strong national presence across sectors who are looking for an electrical project manager to join their business to deliver a notable £30m M&E distribution centre/logsitics hub project in Hull. Reporting to a regional operations manager you will work alongside a mechanical equivalent. You join for the remainder of pre-construction before going to site over the coming months to act as electrical lead and take control of the electrical packages from a technical and management perspective.
Duties
Reporting into an operations/contracts manager
Attendance of meetings on-site
Manage and oversee projects from start until completion, ensuring the work is completed on time
Overseeing technical submittals
Dealing with sub - contractors
Responsible for QA works for the Electrical packages.
Produce RAMS & Progress reports to report to the sub - contractor/client
Sign off to pay an attractive salary with the opportunity to join a business with a strong order book of projects across sectors with clear and exciting growth plans for the coming years. A clear and achievable promotion path to M&E project manager and beyond will be outlined from the beginning on your tenure
