Job Title: Carpenter Multi Trade

Location: Dorset

Salary: £34K plus van and fuel card

Build Recruitment are working on an exciting recruitment campaign with a housing association to recruit a number of positions in the Dorset area.

We are looking for a talented carpenter or carpenter multi trade to join their responsive maintenance team on a permanent basis.

Ideally you will be NVQ qualified in carpentry or have demonstratable time served experience. We are looking for carpenters that can also turn their hand to other trades also.

You will be included in an out of hours rota to provide emergency cover on a rota basis.

Experience working across the social housing sector would be an advantage but is not essential.

You will be required to undertake a DBS check and must have a valid driving licence.

Day to Day:

Providing responsive repairs across domestic properties in Dorset.
Carpentry repairs and maintenance.
Working alone or as part of a small team
Providing a friendly and professional service
Requirements:

Full driving licence
Level 2 NVQ or above in Carpentry
Multi skilled experience
A DBS check will be required
