We are seeking an experienced Science Teacher to join our team at a high school in Lytham, Lancashire. This is a full time role starting in September for the full academic year. The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching Science up to Key Stage 3 and 4 students, with a focus on delivering engaging and interactive lessons that inspire and motivate students to achieve their full potential.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and deliver engaging Science lessons to Key Stage 3 and 4 students, following the school's curriculum and assessment guidelines
Create a positive and supportive learning environment that fosters students' academic, social, and emotional development
Develop and implement strategies to support students with different learning styles and abilities, including those with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND)
Monitor and track student progress, providing feedback and support as necessary to help students achieve their full potential
Participate in extra-curricular activities, such as after-school clubs and school events, as requiredRequirements:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification
Excellent subject knowledge and the ability to deliver engaging and interactive lessons that meet the needs of all learners
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students, colleagues, and parents
A commitment to continuous professional development and keeping up-to-date with the latest teaching techniques and developments.APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS FOR VERITAS EDUCATION
