I am working with a bespoke building services FM service provider who are on the lookout for numerous permanent mobile maintenance engineers to join their fleet of building services engineers in London. My client specialise in maintaining M&E plant systems across a wide range of commercial buildings/offices across the region.

Duties

Emergency light testing
Fire alarm testing
Fire door inspections
Mechanical HVAC maintenance - PPMs & Reactive works
Electrical Maintenance - PPMs & Reactive works
Plumbing Maintenance - PPMs & Reactive
General building fabric maintenance
Carry out minor installation works
Ensure compliance with corporate H&S regulations
Providing regular feedback/communicating with clients and contractorsPackage

£43k to £44k per annum
Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm
Van & Fuel Card Included
Van for personal use
25 days holiday entitlement + 8 days bank holidays
Flexi hours available (early start, early finish etc)Requirements

Level 2 or Level 3 NVQ in Electrical or Mechanical/Plumbing & Heating studies
17th or 18th Edition
C&G 2391 (preffered, not essential)
