What will you do as an Internal Sales Co-Ordinator?

* Assist Account Managers providing timely and accurate information to address client queries

* Prepare and send quotations tailored to client requirements

* Coordinate with Operations to ensure service delivery meets client expectations

* Manage client communications, including calls and emails, resolving or escalating issues

* Monitor and maintain client accounts in CRM, ensuring satisfaction and updating records

* Support sales strategies, generate reports, and stay updated on industry trends

What do you need as an Internal Sales Co-Ordinator?

* Independent worker and team player

* GCSE Maths & English

* Proven background in Waste Management, Recycling, or logistics

* Strong telephone manner, clear voice, and active listening

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills

* Proactive, detail-oriented, and proficient in Microsoft Office
