Mechanical Fitter
The Role:
* Setting machinery and completing planned preventive maintenance to the customer’s needs
* Disassemble and reassemble machines to repair or replace worn or malfunctioning components and consumables
* Attend client sites and undertake instructions on PPM schedules and reactive maintenance
* Provide excellent customer service, listening carefully to customer concerns and addressing issues until customer is satisfied
* Update and maintain assigned machines per manufacturer specifications
* Notify office of parts needed to order
* Liaise with office teams to discuss client requirements
* Undertake PPM and reactive maintenance whilst instructing client on basic fixes.
* Working with Hydraulics and pneumatics
* Machine installs and sign offs
Essential Requirements:
* Drivers License
* NVQ 3 in Mechanical Engineering or Equivalent
* Good Customer Service Skills
* TIG Welding & Fabricating Skills would be advantageous
Pay £43,000 OTE up to £54,000
