Starting in September and continuing until October 2025, this is a part time position working 3 days per week.

Temporary Customer Services Coordinator (Part-Time) Responsibilities
Liaising with new and existing customers
Managing new customer registration processes
Scheduling customer appointments
Ensuring all data and information is recorded accurately and in line with legislation
Managing general administration relating to purchase and delivery
Liaising across the organisation to support the smooth customer journey
Temporary Customer Services Coordinator (Part-Time) Rewards

Temporary Customer Services Coordinator (Part-Time) Requirements
As the Customer Services Coordinator, it is essential you have a strong customer service background alongside the following:
First class verbal and written communication skills
Proficient in use of IT including Microsoft suite
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy skills
A working knowledge of Salesforce and Oracle desirable but not essential
Ability to learn new systems and processes
Process-driven mindset and ability to adapt to new ways of working
Location
