Job Summary:We are seeking a Supervisor to support our management team by carrying out site surveys, quotations, toolbox talks, van inspections, and supervising larger installations and projects. The Supervisor will also act as a liaison between engineers and the management team, providing support and ensuring effective communication.

Main Responsibilities:

Conduct site surveys and produce quotations.
Supervise larger jobs, installations, and projects, providing regular progress reports to the management team.
Perform post-inspection of works to ensure quality standards are met.
Conduct van inspections, including checking PPE, ladders, stock, etc.
Assist contract managers with toolbox talks.
Act as an escalation point for engineers.
Conduct random site inspections for quality assurance.
Carry out some high-level or complex repairs as required.
Act as a liaison between operatives, sub-contractors, and managers, escalating issues promptly where appropriate.
Monitor the progression of improvers and new starters on site, offering assistance when required.
Carry out any other reasonable duties as required.
Participate in the out-of-hours call-out rota escalation.

Person Specification:The Supervisor must demonstrate a high level of technical knowledge and experience both as a supervisor and as an engineer. The following abilities are required:

Ability to plan and organise other people's work and motivate them.
High levels of communication skills, including effective communication with customers and clients.
Ability to work in a team as well as independently.
A head for heights and willingness to work in all weather conditions.
Willingness to work in confined spaces.
Knowledge of Risk Assessment Process.
Ability to recognise and work with vulnerable persons.
Detailed knowledge and experience to ensure that all activities meet quality management, H&S, legal stipulations, environmental policies, and general duty of care.
Extensive experience and detailed knowledge of systems and legislation relating to this work stream.
Excellent IT/Technical skills.
Experience in managing and motivating others.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

SSSTS Qualified.
CSCS.
Asbestos Aware.
ADSA / DHF Qualified.
IPAF Qualification.
Experience in Access Control, CCTV, and Door Entry fault Diagnostics & Installation works.
Good practical skills and problem-solving skills.
Ability to follow technical drawings, building plans, and wiring diagrams.
Ability to work carefully, methodically, and safely.
Valid full UK driving license.
