As a Registered Nurse, your responsibilities will include:

Driving and running the unit alongside clinical duties in the home, including observation, medication, and reviewing individual care plans.
Providing clinical guidance to the care team and delivering best practice continually.
Ensuring policies and standards meet high clinical standards.
Assisting with all CQC tasks.
Building strong connections with residents and their families, providing them with the care and support they deserve.Package and Benefits:

As a Registered Nurse, you'll be rewarded with:

An hourly rate of up to £21.74 with paid breaks.
Weekend Enhancement of £1.50 per hour.
Overtime Enhancement of £2 per hour.

Reimbursement of NMC annual pin payment (£120).The ideal candidate for the Registered Nurse role will:

Have a valid NMC pin.
Be passionate about caring and dedicated to delivering high-quality care.
Have experience in a similar role.
Be comfortable with taking responsibility for the well-being of residents.
Be able to coach and guide a team, providing teaching programmes for colleagues and other care professionals.If you've previously worked as a Staff Nurse, Clinical Nurse, Care Home Nurse, Senior Nurse, or Nursing Home Nurse, this Registered Nurse role could be the perfect next step in your career.
