A successful and leading provider of Water Treatment / Water Hygiene management services are now seeking to take on a City and Guilds / NVQ qualified Water Treatment Equipment / Remedial Engineer. to work on Commercial and Industrial sites. You will be carrying out servicing of water softener, chlorine dioxide and reverse osmosis systems, alongside, cooling tower cleans and disinfections, deadleg removals and installing, removing, and rerouting of PVC / copper pipework. For the successful candidate, our client can offer further training, attractive overtime / travel time rates and company pension.
Successful candidates will be working across the M4 and consideration will be given to candidates from: Bracknell, Slough, Hounslow, Basingstoke, Woking, Guildford, Aldershot, Farnham, Swindon, Marlborough, Chippenham, Bath, Bristol, Trowbridge, Warminster, Frome, Malbrough, Weston-Super-Mare, Bridgewater, Taunton, Sailsbury, Winchester.

Experience & Qualifications:
" Extensive hands-on experience working as a Water Treatment Equipment / Remedial Engineer for an established Water Treatment / Water Hygiene company.
" Holding the City and Guilds / NVQ L2 or higher in plumbing.
" Excellent communication skills.
" Able to manage time efficiently finishing work in line with agreed timeframes.
" Well versed in HSG 274 / ACoP L8 guidelines.
" Able to work well independently.

The Role:
" Carrying out servicing of water softener, chlorine dioxide units, and reverse osmosis systems.
" Sampling, analysing, and dosing of closed systems.
" Servicing of CLO2 units.
" Deadleg removals.
" CWST cleans and disinfections.
" Installing, removing, and rerouting of PVC / copper pipework.
" Attending site to carry out fault-finding, ensuring to rectify issues in a timely manner.
" Carrying out flushing of little used outlets.
" Installing expansion vessels.
" Carrying out calorifier endoscopic inspection.
" Mains injections.
" Sampling and analysing LTHW and CHW systems.
" Cooling tower cleans and disinfections.
" Routine water sampling and temperature monitoring.
" Showerhead cleans and descales.
" Ensuring work is carried out in line with HSG 274 / ACoP L8 guidelines.
" Ensuring to update onsite logbooks upon completion of work.
