Are you a Senior Registered Nurse looking for a new challenge? We have an exciting opportunity for you to join a friendly and motivated team at one of Britain's leading Private Hospitals.

This full-time role offers a salary of up to £40,000 per year and offers flexible shift patterns across 37.5 hours a week.

As a Senior Registered Nurse, your responsibilities will include:

Ensuring that patient care standards are consistently maintained according to operational policies and procedures.
Promoting and safeguarding the well-being and interests of all patients, employees, and consultants.
Acting as an advocate to more junior members of the team.
Deputising for the Sister/ Charge Nurse and leading on clinical shifts when required.
Providing excellent standards of individualised patient care.Package and Benefits:

Employee recognition programmes.The ideal candidate for the Senior Registered Nurse role should have:

Registered general nurse level 1/ Diploma / BSc in Nursing studies.
RN with valid NMC Registration.
Mentorship Qualification (ENB 998 or equivalent).
Excellent clinical applied knowledge.
Basic workload / shift management skills.
Proficient in the use of a PC, including software and systems.
18 months post registration experience.If you have experience or interest in roles such as Ward Nurse, Staff Nurse, Registered Nurse, Clinical Nurse, or Hospital Nurse, this Senior Registered Nurse position could be the perfect fit for you.
