We are seeking an experienced Finance Administrator to join a market leader in renewable energy. This role will be responsible for purchase order, raising invoices and credit preparation & other key financial/admin tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

* Purchase orders

* Installer Credit Notices and invoicing, raising and tracking.

* Running monthly credit searches on the installer supply chain.

* Utility Credit Preparation

* Raising and recording Purchase orders for expenses

* Material Supply – Assisting with purchase order to suppliers and invoicing installers.

* Bad Debt recovery

* Assisting in the month end process

* Various other financial/admin tasks.

Key Skilled Required:

* Credit Control experience

* Strong Excel knowledge

* Able to pick up new skills and knowledge quickly and learn and develop in an ever-changing company

* An outstanding eye for detail with a drive to provide exceptional administration support

* Strong communication skills

* Able to work under pressure

* Flexible Team player
