Responsibilities:

Analyze project specifications and blueprints to determine demolition requirements.
Estimate demolition costs, including labour, equipment, and materials.
Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and contractors to gather essential information.
Stay updated on industry trends and pricing to ensure competitive and accurate estimates.
Prepare detailed and comprehensive bid proposals.Qualifications:

Previous experience as a Demolition Estimator or a related role.
Proficient in reading construction plans and specifications.
Strong analytic and mathematical skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
Familiarity with industry software and tools
