You’ll be the person that gets to design the way the new home operates instead of having to follow someone else’s rules.
Instead of being restricted in the support you can provide to children, you’ll have the freedom to provide the support they need, when they need it.
The home is in a supportive community that includes families that are already providing foster care.
You’ll be working in a brand-new home, no more having to work around an old building with old building problems.
The home will be for children that have moderate Learning Difficulties and Behavioural Difficulties meaning that you will have more time to support the other needs children have.
You’ll be making the decisions on recruitment, so you’ll be able to build a team that shares your vision and ethics to provide the best care for your children.
The owner of the home is an experienced teacher that cares for and understands the needs of children, not a businessperson or faceless chain looking to make a large profit.
In order to apply for this Registered Children’s Home Manager role, you will need to have: 

Experience as a Registered Children’s Home Manager or Deputy Manager in residential home.
At least level 3 Childcare NVQ or equivalent.
Special Requirements 

Must be able to work flexibly including evenings and weekends and available to be part of the on-call rota.
