We're on the lookout for a talented Packaging Engineer to join our Tier 1 Automotive client Define the future of packaging in a role that promises challenge and innovation.

As you embark on this journey, you'll be at the heart of shaping packaging requirements for new business inquiries, right from the crucial quotation phase. Collaborate closely with Plant manufacturing to ensure your cutting-edge packaging solutions align with current Plant manufacturing standards.

But that's just the start. Post-nomination, dive deep into defining the scope of work, and play a pivotal role in the supplier selection process alongside Programme and Plant logistics teams.

What's in your toolkit?

A robust understanding of BiW Packaging standards and processes.
Expert knowledge of various packaging types in the BiW manufacturing arena.
Exceptional communication skills to systematically solve issues across departments.
Mastery in planning and inventory control, ensuring seamless operations.

Your track record:

Proven excellence in a fast-paced, high-quality, high-volume, lean framework.
A solid background in business processes, with shining success stories in the automotive sector, preferably Tier 1.
A seasoned hand at managing packaging control systems, standing out in your field.
