Job Title: Air Conditioning & Refrigeration Engineer

Location : West Midlands

Package : £38-40,000pa DOE / £1200 bonus / 21+8 days holiday / Van/ Door to door / death in service / 4% pension /

We are a dynamic Midlands based HVAC company with a large presence within the pub sector, providing HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning) solutions, specialising in the design, installation, and maintenance for over 20 years building strong relationships with our clients across the Midlands, Worcestershire and down to Northampton. We currently employ over 50 members of staff and are continuing to grow due to bringing on more work and clients.

We are currently looking for a skilled professional Refrigeration & Air Conditioning Engineer to join our team and contribute to our continued success. As part of our expansion plans, we offer a competitive salary and a supportive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Repairing and maintaining a variety of refrigeration & air conditioning systems for commercial clients mainly in the pub and restaurant sector
Working with bottle coolers, ice machines, coldrooms, display fridges, vrvs, vrfs,splits and AHUS
Conducting routine inspections and diagnostics to identify system issues and provide effective solutions.
Conducting regular maintenance checks and identifying faults
Providing expert advice and guidance to clients
Complying with health and safety regulations

Essential Qualifications / Experience:

FGAS
NVQ Level 2 refrigeration & air conditioning ( Desirable )
PASMA/IPAF ( desirable )
Driver's LicenceBenefits

40 HRS
£1200 bonus - paid monthly
Time and half overtime Mon -Sat &Double time Sundays
21 days + 8 bank hols
4% pension after satisfactory probation.
