Description

Optimising production processes and machinery for maximum efficiency and output
Implementing regular maintenance plans to prevent equipment breakdown
Leading process improvement initiatives and projects
Ensuring all health and safety regulations are adhered to
Providing technical training and support to the team
Troubleshooting and resolving machinery issues promptly
Regularly communicating with the team and management about any production issues
Contributing to the company's sustainability and innovation effortsProfile

A qualification in the relevant engineering field
Proven experience in a FMCG manufacturing environment
Strong knowledge of manufacturing systems, processes, and machinery
Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude
