* Hourly Rate: £24 per hour

* Working Hours: 10 hours a day

* Work Days: Monday to Saturday

* Overtime: Paid at 1.5x the regular rate

Job Description:

We are urgently seeking experienced Shuttering Carpenters to join our team for a decking project in Chelmsford. The ideal candidates will have a strong background in shuttering and formwork carpentry, with the ability to work efficiently and produce high-quality results under tight deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

* Constructing and dismantling formwork for concrete structures

* Ensuring that all work meets the specified standards and requirements

* Reading and interpreting construction drawings and plans

* Maintaining a clean and safe working environment

* Collaborating with other team members to ensure timely completion of the project

Requirements:

* CSCS Card: A valid CSCS card is mandatory for this role.

* Experience: Proven experience as a Shuttering Carpenter.

* Skills:

* Proficiency in using carpentry tools and equipment

* Ability to read and interpret technical drawings

* Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

* Physical Fitness: Ability to perform physically demanding tasks.
