Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Manager to oversee our financial management, IT runs cost management, strategy management, licence management, supplier management, and related IT policies. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in financial analysis, IT cost control, strategic planning, and supplier negotiations within the automotive industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Management:
Develop and manage annual budgets and forecasts for various departments.
Conduct financial analysis and reporting, providing insights to senior management.
Identify financial risks and opportunities, implementing corrective measures where necessary.
IT Runs Cost Management:
Oversee IT operational costs, ensuring efficient use of resources.
Work closely with the IT department to track and manage ongoing IT expenses.
Implement cost-saving measures without compromising on quality or performance.
Regularly review IT expenditure to ensure it aligns with the company's financial objectives.
Strategy Management:
Collaborate with senior management to develop and execute business strategies.
Conduct market research and analysis to inform strategic decisions.
Drive initiatives that support the company's long-term objectives and growth.
Monitor the effectiveness of implemented strategies and adjust as necessary.
Licence Management:
Ensure compliance with all software and technology licensing agreements.
Manage the procurement, renewal, and tracking of software licenses.
Negotiate favourable terms with software vendors and ensure cost-effective licensing.
Maintain accurate records of all licensing agreements and related documentation.
Supplier Management:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers and vendors.
Negotiate contracts and agreements to ensure favourable terms and conditions.
Evaluate supplier performance and manage any issues that arise.
Ensure the supply chain is robust, cost-effective, and aligned with the company's strategic goals.
Related IT Policies:
Develop, implement, and maintain IT policies and procedures.
Ensure all IT activities comply with relevant legal and regulatory requirements.
Promote best practices in IT governance and risk management.
Regularly review and update IT policies to reflect changing business needs and technologies.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Commercial Manager or similar role within the automotive industry.
Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
Excellent understanding of IT cost management and strategies.
Proven ability to develop and execute business strategies.
Experience in licence management and ensuring compliance with software agreements.
Strong negotiation and supplier management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
