My client is a multidisciplinary engineering consultancy renowned for delivering world-class engineering solutions. With a passion for innovation and sustainability, They work on diverse projects across the UK and internationally. Their expertise spans civil, structural, mechanical, electrical, and environmental engineering.

Projects: They pride themselves on their involvement in high-profile projects that shape communities and environments. Some of their notable projects include:
* The Spine, Liverpool: A cutting-edge commercial development incorporating advanced sustainability features.
* Bristol Arena: A landmark entertainment venue with complex engineering requirements.
* London City Island: A vibrant new neighborhood offering residential, cultural, and commercial spaces.
* Battersea Power Station: The iconic redevelopment project transforming a historic site into a modern mixed-use complex.
* Manchester Engineering Campus Development (MECD): A state-of-the-art educational facility for the University of Manchester.

Roles and Responsibilities: As an Electrical Associate Director, you will:
* Lead and manage the electrical engineering team in London, ensuring the delivery of high-quality projects.
* Oversee the design, development, and implementation of electrical systems for a variety of projects.
* Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers and support staff.
* Collaborate with clients, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met.
* Develop and maintain strong client relationships, identifying new business opportunities.
