The Role:
As a Secondary Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting students and teachers within the classroom. Your main responsibilities will include:

Assisting the classroom teacher in delivering engaging and effective lessons.
Providing one-on-one or small group support to students who need additional help.
Supporting students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) and adapting learning materials accordingly.
Assisting in the preparation of classroom materials and resources.
Helping to maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment.
Monitoring and recording student progress, providing feedback to teachers and parents.
Assisting with classroom management and promoting positive behaviour.The Ideal Candidate:

Experience working in a secondary school environment is desirable, but not essential.
A genuine interest in supporting young people's learning and development.

Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced school environment.
