Position: Lettings Negotiator

As a Lettings Negotiator, you will be the cornerstone of client interactions, ensuring a seamless experience for both landlords and tenants. Your day-to-day will involve a dynamic mix of activities, from conducting viewings to negotiating contracts. You will be instrumental in maintaining and growing the property portfolio while providing exceptional service.

Responsibilities:
- Arrange and conduct property viewings effectively
- Negotiate tenancy terms and conditions
- Secure new business and manage existing accounts
- Provide accurate market valuations for potential lettings
- Deliver exceptional customer service, maintaining strong relationships with clients
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies

Essential Skills & Experience:
- Minimum of 1-year experience in a lettings role
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets
- Knowledge of the Abingdon property market is advantageous
- Proficiency in using property management software
- Full UK driving license with own vehicle
