A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a dynamic, experienced and results oriented, flexible and mobile Key Account Manager, who is a true professional with proven experience and a track record of capital equipment sales within the Construction (or similar industry).

The company, a well-established, world renowned and progressive business is keen to appoint a skilled Key Account Manager to support their strategic growth.

Whilst Midlands based, this is a senior role and a highly flexible, mobile position where you will be out and about visiting customers and managing your own diary, so would be described as remote / hybrid working with occasional office presence.

Working closely with the Sales Director and with strong relationships with the Board, you will promote and present solutions to a variety of construction customers as well as provide an outstanding level of customer service to the client base.

The qualities in people that the client holds close to their heart and are looking to identify, are those individuals who are solutions oriented, very consultative in their approach, have the desire to want to get under the skin of the customers' business and understand their pain and pressure points and then offer viable, profitable solutions that meet and exceed their needs. They are keen to understand how the successful person builds long term, relationships based on professionalism and integrity and would expect the successful sales professional to be a skilled, active listener.
