We are seeking a visionary recruiter to spearhead the establishment of a remote division specializing in Construction, Education, or Homecare Recruitment.

Role Overview:

As the Recruitment Manager for this groundbreaking initiative, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the trajectory of our client's expansion strategy. Your primary objective will be to build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders in the chosen sector, leveraging your expertise to identify top talent and match them with rewarding career opportunities.

Responsibilities:

1. Market Analysis: Conduct thorough research to assess the competitive landscape, industry trends, and candidate demographics within the chosen sector.

2. Business Development: Identify and engage with potential clients, presenting our client's services as the premier choice for recruitment solutions. Cultivate long-term partnerships that drive revenue growth.

3. Talent Acquisition: Utilize a variety of sourcing methods to attract high-caliber candidates, including networking, social media outreach, and targeted advertising campaigns. Screen applicants, conduct interviews, and assess candidate suitability based on client requirements.

4. Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for both clients and candidates, providing exceptional service throughout the recruitment process. Build rapport, address concerns, and facilitate smooth communication to ensure positive outcomes for all parties involved.

5. Performance Metrics: Track and analyze key performance indicators to evaluate the effectiveness of recruitment strategies, including time-to-fill, candidate quality, and client satisfaction. Continuously refine approaches to optimize results and exceed business objectives.

Requirements:

* Proven experience in recruitment, with a focus on the Construction, Education, or Homecare sectors necessary.

* Strong business acumen and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively with diverse stakeholders.

* Self-motivated and results-driven, with a track record of exceeding targets and driving business success.

* Familiarity with remote work environments and proficiency in virtual collaboration tools.
