Responsibilities:

Carrying out responsive and planned repairs to both occupied and void properties
you'll undertake a variety of trade repairs and maintenance work to include Plumbing works, sinks, taps, showers, toilets, baths etc
Remedial Carpentry works
Repair patching of plaster and replacing small areas of tilesRequirements:

Trade related qualification, city and guilds, NVQ level 2 or equivalent
You must hold a valid full or automatic UK driving licence for 12 months as Work van provided
