What's involved?
As Night Porter you will be responsible for welcoming the guests, assist with their luggage and when required valeting just off site from the hotel. Also you will be required to deliver messages, packages and undertake any other request to ensure excellent service.
Requirements?
Previous experience in a 4 or 5 star hotel is beneficial
Excellent communication skills with a good command of both written and verbal English.
Must be able to drive and have a full clean UK driving license, held for more than 5 years (and must be over the age of 25yrs to comply with the hotel insurance policy)
Flexible to work on a 4 / 4 shift pattern - 12 hour shifts and will include some weekends/bank holidays
