Mobile Air Conditioning Engineer - Facilities Management - Lincoln, England - £40,000 DOE Plus fully expensed van

This is a fantastic opportunity to join one of the leading facilities management companies in the UK, based at one of their prestigious client's sites based in Lincoln,England

8:00 am to 5:00pm - 40 hours a week
£40,000
Plus Fully Expensed VanRole Responsibilities:

undertake the maintenance and repair of air conditioning equipment.
service, maintenance, and repair of split AC systems, VRV/VRF systems, and heat pumps.
keep logs of inspection reports and remedial work
reporting any defects and keeping them informed of site activities at the time of the service visit.
Conducting PPM and reactive maintenanceThe ideal candidate:

NVQ level 3 air conditioning
F-GAS Category 1
Time Served in an Air Con Specific role
Presented in a clean and tidy manner to represent the company
Able to carry tools up to 20kg
Must Hold a Full UK driving license
