Roofer Gangs

HRA Recruitment are looking for Skilled Roofers for our client, they are looking to employ 2 teams consisting of 2 skilled roofers and a roofing labourer. This would be to work on domestic sectored insurance projects together in and around the Birmingham area.

Benefits of Skilled Roofers Role:

* Monday to Friday work (May be some weekend work available).

* 8am-4pm.

* £22 per hour.

* Weekly Pay.

Benefits of Labourer:

* Monday to Friday work (May be some weekend work available).

* 8am-4pm.

* £14 per hour.

* Weekly pay.

General Duties for the Skilled Roofers:

* Install, repair, and maintain roofs on domestic projects.

* Remove old roofing materials and prepare surfaces for new roofing materials.

* Measure and cut roofing materials to fit specific dimensions.

* Apply waterproofing materials to prevent leaks.

* Inspect roofs for damage and make necessary repairs.

* Clean and maintain tools and equipment.

Requirements for Skilled Roofers:

* Previous experience in roofing is essential.

* Ability to work at heights and in various weather conditions.

* Physical stamina and strength to lift heavy materials and equipment.

* Knowledge of different roofing materials and installation techniques.

* Attention to detail and ability to follow safety protocols.

* Valid driver's license preferred but not essential.

* Must have CSCS Card.

Duties and Requirements of Labourer:

* General labouring on site working on Domestic Projects.

* Assisting other trades on site and liaising with site managers

* Assist with moving materials on site, & general site tidiness duties.

* Must have CSCS Card.

* Must have Van
