Geography Teacher

Supply Heroes are looking for a full-time Geography in year 5 to join a vibrant and friendly secondary school in Perry Barr, Birmingham. The ideal candidate will be passionate about education and have a knack for making learning fun and engaging. This role will be starting as soon as possible and will be for the full academic year.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

* Planning and delivering engaging and relevant lessons that meet the needs of all learners

* Assessing student progress on a regular basis

* Supporting students' social and emotional development

* Identifying students who may need additional support and connecting them with the resources they need

* Working effectively with other teachers, administrators, and support staff to create a positive and supportive learning environment for all students

We are looking for someone who is:

* Experience of teaching in KS3 and KS4

* Enthusiastic and passionate about teaching

* Creative and innovative in their teaching methods

* Able to build positive relationships with students

* A team player who is willing to collaborate with others

* A good communicator who is able to explain concepts clearly

* Flexible and adaptable to the pupils needs

* Have a teaching qualification to teach in the UK
