Key Responsibilities:

* Sourcing and attracting construction professionals through various channels.

* Screening and shortlisting candidates to match job specifications.

* Building and maintaining a strong candidate pipeline.

* Collaborating with consultants to understand recruitment needs and provide regular updates.

Requirements:

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

* Strong organisational and time-management abilities.

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
