Are you a passionate graduate eager to make a difference in the lives of students with special educational needs? GSL Education are looking for a dedicated SEN Graduate Teaching Assistant to join our supportive and dynamic educational team.

Location: Winchester

Position: SEN Teaching Assistant

Payrate: £12.82 to £14.72

Start Date: ASAP

Role and Responsibilities:

Work closely with teachers and SENCO to support the learning and development of students.
Use a range of strategies to engage students and encourage positive behavior.
Monitor and record student progress, reporting any concerns to the relevant staff.
Participate in team meetings and contribute to the planning and review of student support plans.
What We Are Looking For:

A recent graduate with a degree in Education, Psychology, or a related field.
A passion for working with children and a commitment to their educational development.
Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude.
Previous experience working with children with special educational needs is essential.
Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
Have the right to work in UK
