Candidate Requirements

The ideal candidate will:

Be a qualified teacher with significant experience teaching Key Stage 2 (KS2).
Have a strong understanding and passion for PSHE education, with the ability to lead and develop the PSHE curriculum across the school.
Demonstrate a creative and flexible approach to teaching, with the ability to inspire and engage students of all abilities.
Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with pupils, parents, and colleagues.
Be committed to the school's mission of improvement and innovation, with a proactive attitude towards contributing to school development.
Show enthusiasm for professional growth and be willing to engage in ongoing training and development opportunities.
Have strong organizational and leadership skills, with the ability to manage and coordinate PSHE initiatives effectively.Responsibilities

Plan and deliver high-quality lessons for KS2, ensuring all students are engaged and making progress.
Lead the development and implementation of the PSHE curriculum, ensuring it is comprehensive, inclusive, and aligned with the school's values and goals.
Collaborate with colleagues to integrate creative and innovative teaching methods across the curriculum.
Monitor and assess students' progress, providing feedback and support to help them achieve their full potential.
Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment where all students feel valued and supported.
Participate actively in the school's mission to improve, contributing to staff meetings, training sessions, and school events.
