Are you a passionate English teacher looking to make a change? Flourish Education are recruiting a secondary English teacher to begin their role asap until the end of the academic year.

This Ofstead “Good” rated school are looking for a fun and engaging English teacher on a full time or part time basis (3 days per week) to join their English department teaching across years 7-9 (Key stage 3) 

Responsibilities for the English Teacher role

Deliver Maths lessons to KS3 classes
Full planning, marking and assessment required.
Reporting pupil progress against targets/action plans
Work with Head of English Department to plan lessons.
Build relationships with the pupils, parents, and staff.
Attend CPD relevant to the role – whole staff and SLT meetings.
Required skills and experience for the English Teacher role

Experience in teaching English in KS3  (Key stage 3).
Must have the relevant teacher status: QTS / ECT’s (formerly NQTs) are encouraged to apply.
Ability to manage a classroom with excellent communication skills.
Contact references from all employment in the last 24 months.
Previous English Teacher experience.

Competitive salary- Day rate of £153.84 to £211.96 which equates to £29,998.80 to £41,332.20 per annum based on working 5 days a week for a full school year
