As a Deputy Manager (Clinical), your responsibilities will include:

Supporting the Home Manager in ensuring all resident and staffing needs are met.
Embedding a safe and welcoming environment for residents, families, employees, and visitors.
Providing high-quality care in line with standards set by the Trust, CQC, Local Authority, and other regulatory bodies.

Assistance with NMC revalidation requirementsThe ideal Deputy Manager (Clinical) candidate will have:

Registered Nurse qualification
At least 3 years of leadership experience in a Residential or Nursing setting
Strong working knowledge of CQC standards
Excellent communication and decision-making skillsIf you have experience or interest in roles such as Clinical Lead, Nursing Manager, Care Home Manager, Senior Nurse, or Healthcare Manager, you might find this Deputy Manager (Clinical) position particularly appealing.
