A lively and inclusive primary school based in Beaconsfield, close to High Wycombe, that values the importance of physical education in fostering pupils' overall development and well-being is seeking a Sports Coach. Committed to providing a broad and engaging sports curriculum that encourages all pupils to participate and excel in a variety of physical activities.
We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Sports Coach to join the team. The successful candidate will e responsible for planning and delivering a range of sports and physical activities, promoting a love for exercise and healthy lifestyles among pupils.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, deliver, and assess engaging and varied sports lessons for pupils across all year groups.
Organize and lead extracurricular sports clubs and activities.
Foster a positive and inclusive environment that encourages all pupils to participate and enjoy physical activities.
Identify and nurture pupils with potential in various sports.
Collaborate with teachers and other staff to integrate physical education with the overall curriculum.
Ensure the safety and well-being of all pupils during sports activities.Qualifications and Experience:
Relevant coaching qualifications and experience in sports coaching, preferably within a primary school setting.
Strong knowledge of various sports and physical education practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to inspire and motivate pupils of all abilities.
