Description

As a Production Supervisor you will work closely as part of the manufacturing team and report into the Production Manager 

The main role and responsibilities of a Production/CNC machine Supervisor, but are not limited to, the following:

● Overseeing a team of 10 CNC Machine operators 

● Allocating work to all machine operators  setting production targets and communicating precise instructions

● Responsible for overseeing all facets of the day to day operation, ensuring that product built meets required test and quality specifications

● Manage a multi-disciplinary team of 10 full time employees

● Conduct employee meetings

● Ensures that all employees work in a safe manner, in a safe environment

● Responsible for handling customer complaints and initiating corrective action

    Previous experience working on the press brake
