Information on the role

As a Civils Estimator, you will be a key player in ensuring the success of our projects. Your role will involve providing accurate and detailed cost estimates, collaborating with various teams, and aligning client and company goals to deliver outstanding results.

Ideally you will have 2-3 years groundworks experience and or 3-4 years of experience in Civils related roles.

Key Responsibilities

• Estimation: Prepare precise cost estimates considering materials, labour, and equipment costs.

• Collaboration: Work closely with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to gather information for accurate estimations.

• Client Interaction: Engage with clients to understand their requirements and provide transparent and detailed cost breakdowns.

• Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, material costs, and market fluctuations to ensure competitive and realistic estimates.

• Budget Management: Collaborate with the finance team to ensure projects are executed within budgetary constraints. Qualifications

• Experience: Proven experience as an Estimator.

• Knowledge: In-depth understanding of relevant processes, materials, and industry standards.

• Technical Skills: Proficiency in estimating software, strong command of Microsoft Excel, and familiarity with industry-specific tools.

• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
