**An excellent opportunity for a service engineer to join a leading manufacturer of medical imaging equipment and gain training on medical X-Ray, CT and MRI systems**

The Role - Junior Service Engineer, Medical X-Ray Systems

You will be responsible for:

Providing customers with technical assistance via phone and email on faults with medical imaging systems
Performing remote trouble shooting and determining the most effective resolution for issues
Guiding customers through the problem solving process
Escalating unresolved issues to field service engineers
Your Background - Junior Service Engineer, Medical X-Ray Systems

To apply you should be able to demonstrate the following:

Qualification in electronics or another relevant technical discipline
Impeccable customer service skills and a confident and professional manner in customer environments
Flexible approach with the determination to seize opportunities and resolve complex challenges
Full UK driving licence
