Land Registry Assistant South Shields
We are looking for an experienced Land Registrations Assistant to join our busy conveyancing team. This role is a vital part of our post completion conveyancing process.
Main Responsibilities:-
Preparation and submission of all Land Registry applications including first registrations and lease extensions, ensuring they meet compliance standards.
Communicating effectively with the conveyancing team to resolve any queries relating to registrations.
Monitoring the progress of registrations and updating relevant parties on their status.
File closing and archiving.
The successful candidate will have:-
Prior experience in residential property/conveyancing is essential.
Proficient with Word and Legal case management systems
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent time management and organisational skills.
Operates effectively as part of a team.
Good attention to detail.
Self-motivated and able to prioritise own work with minimum supervision.
