* Uphold industry-leading standards of customer care.

* Become a Brand Ambassador, maintaining comprehensive knowledge of all products, accessories, prices, and key features.

Essential Skills/Experience:

* Outstanding customer satisfaction skills.

* Confident and effective communication abilities.

* Experience in a regulatory/process-oriented environment.

* Strong organisational skills, managing customer appointments efficiently.

* Proactive initiative to follow up and prospect customers, maximising every sales opportunity.
