Job Opportunity: CNC Turner Programmer/Setter

Shift Schedule: Monday to Thursday, 6 PM – 6 AM

Pay Rate: £19.50 - £22 per hour

Position Overview:

We are seeking skilled CNC Turner Programmer/Setters to join our client’s team for a permanent night shift role. You will be responsible for setting up, programming, and operating HAAS lathes to manufacture precision components. This position offers diverse and engaging tasks with opportunities for professional growth.

Key Responsibilities:

* Operate HAAS lathes.

* Manufacture components to precise tolerances based on provided drawings.

* Keep your workspace clean and organized.

* Perform additional duties as required.

Required Qualifications:

* Proficient in setting up and operating CNC lathes, with programming experience being highly desirable.

* Familiarity with HAAS control systems is preferred, though experience with Fanuc is also acceptable.

* Skilled in using inspection and measuring tools.

* Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.

* Committed to producing components within tight tolerances.

* Knowledge of health and safety regulations.

* Able to work both independently and as part of a team.

* Strong attention to detail.

* Experience with 4th and 5th axis machining is an advantage.
