Your duties will include:

Direct work with children, young people and their families, including observations as appropriate.
To make referrals to other agencies including substance misuse services and housing.
Provide administrative support to Social Workers by minute taking, taking notes, recording, retrieval and analysis of information through completing chronologies, genograms, updating demographics, as well as producing written records within agreed timescales.You be accountable for the provision of services for up to 15- 21 children/young people ensuring that individual plans are developed and implemented which meet the full range of needs
