MAIN PURPOSE OF THE JOB

To work with Bradford Councils Housing Options service, utilising the online referrals and allocations process to ensure that we maximise on occupancy and support vulnerable clients into our hostel provision.
To work with Supported Tenancies team and other none commissioned services where sideway moves are appropriate.
To provide a dual function of housing related support and intensive housing management to service users
To provide and promote practical and emotional support in order to assist in the development of life skills and enable service users to move on into independent accommodation.
In accordance with Policies and Procedures, to ensure the efficient day-to-day running of all its services in order to promote and encourage good practice.
To participate in the rota and therefore must be willing to work flexibly and cover holidays, sickness and work some bank holidays. Covering for colleagues sometimes at short notice.
To manage the Homes4Life service, line managing the Supported Housing Officer team, providing support to service users at H4L in the absence of the Supported Housing Officers.

35 hours per week

Hours - Must be Flexible - Monday to Friday 9am to 6:30pm

Salary £25000 PA

Enhanced DBS is required
