Strategic Leadership:
Partnering with the Group Chairman and founder to develop and execute growth strategies.
Taking a strategic approach to the financial management of the businesses, contributing to long-term planning and decision-making.
Oversight and Management:
Overseeing the management accounts from start to finish.
Having overall management responsibility for the finance team.
Providing financial guidance to the various business units, each led by its own Managing Director.
Project Leadership:
Leading on key projects that contribute to the expansion of the group's brands, which include Elderly Domiciliary Care, Nurse Led Complex Community Care, Complex Mental Health services, Personal Assistant Service for High Net Worth individuals, and more.
Collaborating with the central support and training functions to ensure financial strategies align with overall business objectives.
Communication and Collaboration:
Working closely with non-finance colleagues to ensure financial controls are understood and implemented effectively.
Being an innovative team player who can communicate complex financial information clearly and effectively to various stakeholders.
Ideal Candidate:
A background in a Finance Director or Manager role within a similar industry (preferably health and social care or staffing) is essential. Experience in handling the financial aspects of a multi-faceted organization is crucial.
Qualifications:
A qualified Accountant with significant experience in the Health and Social Care or Staffing sector.
Skills:
Strategic and innovative thinking.
Strong financial controls.
Excellent communication skills, particularly with non-financial colleagues.
Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with a positive, can-do attitude.
